Natalia, the branch manager, is smart, thoughtful, and fiercely protective of her customers. Any request we take to her, she goes the extra mile to make sure it's done. Like another reviewer mentioned, she calls us to warn us of suspicious activities and patiently answers every question we have asked her (some of which were so basic that you'd think they would annoy most people).
