  I reached out to Arbor Insurance Agency to get home and auto insurance quotes, and Kimberly Demarest was wonderful at answering all of my questions and providing me with the information I needed in a timely manner. I ultimately ended up going with another company, but not because of any fault of Arbor Insurance Agency - and I will definitely consider them in the future!

  My family has had insurance policies through Arbor for decades so that is naturally where I went to get my first auto policy. 15 years later (along with several cars, a renter's policy, and two home policies during that time) and my insurance is still happily handled by them. Mike Giszczak sets the tone for the rest of the staff he has hired throughout the years for responsive, informative, and courteous service. Several times I've found the immense value of having an independent agency like Arbor when they "reshopped" my policy between companies to make sure I had the best rate while staying with their customer service and they have fought for me several times when tough questions came up with the companies they represent. I deeply appreciate the support they have given me and my extended family members throughout the years and encourage you to give them a call!

  Being extremely new to the whole insurance thing, I was glad to see the agents willing to explain things out, provide extremely competitive prices, and work through an all-online medium. I would suggest this to anyone who is looking for good prices, and a great conversation.
