  Worst customer service than ebay. I asked for an email to be sent by nicole for 3 DAYS and as i waited she kept saying she sent it. I got tired of waiting and called again this time speaking with the "manager" Jen. Her customer service skills were even more awful. And that was the manager. So instead i had to play detective to figure out why it was so hard to send an email. I found out Nicole misspelled my email. Such a simple mistake could have been corrected? (3 days ago) so now i have the the manager telling me to "stop being negative" but yet never owned up to the mistake or even said sorry? I couldnt believe the treatment i was getting after i found out the mistake was made by them? Keep that in mind if you are ever at fault something so simple and this company still cant own up to its mistakes. You get what you pay for i guess.
